Confidential Financial Disclosure Annual Campaign

Filing Deadline: February 15th

The USDA Office of Ethics has modified and improved the OGE Form 450, Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, reporting process. Effective Janaury 1, 2013, all financial disclosure reports will be filed electronically. Paper versions of the form will no longer be accepted.

Employees who file financial disclosure reports on an annual basis will be required to submit their reports by February 15.

You will be receiving a specific notice of this requirement as the due date approaches. If you have not received a notice by January 10th, please contact the Science Ethics Branch so we can send a notice with your personalized link to file your form.

All financial disclosure filers must also receive prior approval before engaging in any non-Federal employment or activity. Please complete form OE-101, Request for Approval of Outside Activity, found at:
